What areas do you organize?

We organize a variety of spaces—from kitchens and closets to home offices and entire homes. We will work with you to decide which areas need the most attention.

Do I need to be present while organizing?

Yes, your input is super important—especially when deciding what to keep or let go. Being involved means you will get a space that truly fits you, plus you can pick up tips on how to keep it organized for good!

Why is organizing more costly than cleaning?

Organizing is all about setting up systems that last. We are designing your space to fit your lifestyle, while cleaning is focused on a quick refresh.

How long does it take to organize?

It varies! Things like hidden clutter, decision-making, and item count all play a role. We give estimates, but the actual time may vary.

Are bins and storage included?

No, additional charges will incur. However, we will advise and help to source for the most effective and suitable storage materials for your space.

How does custom storage work?

We can source and set up shelving, racks, and more to suit your space. Custom touches come with extra costs, based on your needs.

Do you help with getting rid of unwanted items?

We do not handle disposals directly, but we are happy to point you to recycling centers and second-hand stores for your used items.

Can you assemble furniture?

For large items, we recommend movers or third-party help. For smaller racks or units, we can assist, and it is included in our hourly rate.

Can friends or cleaners speed things up?

Extra hands can be helpful, but a professional organizer brings a specific skill set. Cleaners can assist with wiping down surfaces, but the organizing pace depends on the project itself.

How does payment work?

A RM350 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Payment is due in full after each space is completed, or at the end of each service day for multi-day projects.

Is there a cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If something comes up and you need to reschedule, just give us a heads-up at least 3 days before the project, and will gladly help you pick a new date. In the event of project cancellation, we will absorb 50% cancellation fees.
